Sales Manager – Advertising

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building client relationships within the advertising industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for DOOH advertising sales.

2. Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including advertising agencies, brands, and direct clients.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and key decision-makers to secure advertising deals.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery, including operations, marketing, and creative departments.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

2. 4-5 years of experience in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including market trends, key players, and industry dynamics.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients.

5. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Willingness to travel as needed.
